What is Freeze dried sweets?

Freeze dried sweets are sweets which have been through a freeze-drying process, where  95% of the water has been removed. It then goes through a vacuum which creates unique shapes and textures. This makes the sweets very fragile and almost crumbly due to the lack of moisture in the sweet. Due to this, the flavour becomes intensified and much more concentrated. 

The shelf life on these can last up to 25 years! However please ensure that they are kept sealed in an airtight container or in the pouches which they arrive in.
